SOUNDFRONT Frisco - Sunset View - WINDSURFER was designed and constructed specifically with windsurfers and kiteboarders in mind. The ground level has a concrete drive, carport, and all-weather entry. The first level has three bedrooms (one with queen bed, TV and semi-private bath) and a second bath off the hallway. Two bedrooms open to a shaded soundside deck. The second level has a queen bedroom with semi-private bath and sizable great room with a TV vaulted ceiling and exceptional sound vistas. The living/dining area opens to a wide wrap-around sundeck with unlimited sound and good ocean vistas. And there is simple ocean access just mins. away as well.

Located in Frisco, this vacation home is on the beach. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Buxton Woods Coastal Preserve and Outer Banks Beaches, while Frisco Native American Museum and Graveyard of the Atlantic Museum are cultural highlights. Frisco Mini Golf and Go Karts and Buxton Seafood are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

Find your best deal:

  • Summer months are high season in the Hatteras area. Reserving a rental home in Fall or Spring months is our favorite way to save money on your rental home. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of desirable homes. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to book a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Hatteras vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
  • Book your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules usually become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families book their Summer vacation rentals during Winter holiday gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Some hosts and property managers offer special rates for veterans and active duty military. Ask your property manager if discounts are available for your family.
  • Property managers usually offer guests an option to buy trip insurance. Trip insurance, which commonly costs between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any days missed as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel or extra fuel expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a bank account-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for additional information.
  • Find a copy of your local Hatteras visitors guide upon arrival. If your rental doesn't have a copy, you can find them at local shops and visitor centers. In addition to great articles, visitors guides have money saving offers on nearby tours and attractions.

  • Don't leave anything behind! Before departing, take a walk through the rental property to make sure you've collected all belongings. Remember to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Please make sure to walk through the rental one final time and look for damages to contents or the property itself. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host is not available, remember to take video of the rental to record its condition.
  • Leave a review! Hosts rely on good feedback to propel more bookings. They'll be thankful for your feedback.
