OCEANVIEW Rodanthe - Sea Oats Dr. Time really does come to a standstill when you cross the bridge or ferry onto Hatteras Island. Slow down and relax, you're at BRIGHTWATERS, just 4 tons from the ocean. Brightly colored walls, blonde-wood wainscoting and trim, cavernous rooms, and tons of windows keep the mood light, bright and casual. A covered, weather-proof entry leads to 2 downstairs bedrooms that share a bath. On the second floor is a master bedroom with its own bath. This bedroom opens onto a deck with a view of the ocean. Two bedrooms on the second floor share a bath; one of them opens onto the deck with ocean vistas. Upstairs is an open living and kitchen area with a deck and ocean view. It's an painless walk to the famed Rodanthe surf breaks, convenience stores and tackle stores, and the Chicamacomico Lifesaving Station.

Dogs are welcome for a fee of $200/dog/week.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the $200 weekly fee will apply for each dog and will be added once your reservation is finalized.

Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-returnable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home with a coverage limit of $3,000. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
