This peaceful apartment is a 10 min. walk to beach. There is a great outdoor shower with raindrop shower head. Unwind in the shaded porch on our new hammock and listen to the palm trees sway in the wind!

Village Marina and Hatteras Harbor Marina are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Buxton Woods Coastal Preserve and Outer Banks Beaches. Sticking to a budget:
- Summer months are the most expensive season along the coast of NC. To book the largest vacation home within budget, we strongly suggest booking in the Fall or Spring. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, greater selection, beautiful weather and the absence of giant crowds at your favorite restaurants and activities. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to book an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer months.
- Reserve your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules generally open twelve months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families reserve their Summer vacations during Thanksgiving and Christmas gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
- Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective host whether your vacationing group qualifies for a price reduction.
- Property management companies often offer their guests an option to buy trip insurance. Trip insurance, which costs 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed time as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or additional gas expenses.
