Welcome to Isle Be Seaing you, an oceanside home in the village of Waves, located just a short walk (roughly 0.3 miles) to the handsome beaches of Hatteras Island!

Isle Be Seaing You is a delightfully designed, unique split-level, 5-bedroom home in the oceanside community of St. Waves. Appreciate splashing in the community pool or a friendly game of tennis, both conveniently located roughly 300’ away.

Soak in the sound and pond vistas from the crow’s nest, the screened-in porch, and the top level deck. Everyone is sure to appreciate the sizable theater room, complete with an 82” TV, Blu-Ray player, Bose surround sound system, and tiered theater seating for 9, plus 2 seats with tables in the VIP lounge!

The cavernous top level kitchen features stainless steel appliances and countertop seating for 4. The modern-coastal designed living area is complete with an electric fireplace and offers plenty of natural light with vaulted ceilings and a skylight. Step out onto the deck to relax in the 6-person hot tub with a pergola and feel the ocean breeze under the Carolina blue skies!

Only a short walk to eateries and stores, including Waves Market and Deli, the Rodanthe, Waves, Salvo Tri-Village area also offers a sidewalk and bicycle path that runs from the Chicamacomico Life Saving Museum in Rodanthe to the Salvo Day Use Area in the southernmost part of the Tri-Villages.

Don't forget the family dog, as Isle Be Seaing You is pet-friendly. There is an additional charge for guests bringing family pets, which will be added and collected after booking. Pet costs range from $161-231 depending on the property, and will be assessed state and local taxes.

Isle Be Seaing You includes credit for $245 in beach gear units from our partners at VayK Life. Stay between April 6th and October 19th, 2024 (7-nighttime minimum), and use your beach gear credit for items such as bicycles, beach chairs, umbrellas, paddleboards, and more!

Located in Salvo, this vacation home is by the sea. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Outer Banks Beaches and Cape Hatteras National Seashore. Rodanthe Pier and Ocean Air Sports are also worth visiting.

When to visit & When to reserve a Waves rental home:

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months along the coast of NC. Reserving a rental home in the Fall or Spring is a great way to save money on your vacation. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of acceptable properties.
