SEMI-OCEANFRONT Avon — Greenwood Pl. — Mermaids may be a thing of myth, but this genteel SEA LADY has a magical way of turning your vacation fantasies into real memories. Located on a peaceful street just 100 feet away from the beach-bound boardwalk, you’ll find your secluded slice of heaven in this quintessential four-bedroom/two- and one-half-bath bungalow.

A natural barrier of trees provides all the privacy you need to appreciate the in-ground pool, surrounded by a natural wood deck. There’s an outdoor shower, too, and a fish cleaning station with water and lights to make the catch of the day your dinner of the evening. A charcoal grille helps complete the process. Inside on the first level is where you will find the home’s four bedrooms. A king bedroom featuring a bathroom which also opens to the hallway, a king bedroom and pyramid bunk with trundle room that share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom, and a queen bedroom. Three of these bedrooms have sliders for deck access and all of them feature TVs.

On the top level, the great room’s cathedral ceilings and windows with a view infuse the space with a warm casual elegance and natural light. Coastal furnishings offer an inviting getaway to settle in for a nighttime of TV-watching on the 75-inch screen. There’s a half-bath and a roomy and well-supplied kitchen featuring stainless-steel appliances, including a refrigerator, microwave, stove, dishwasher and wine and drink cooler. In the morning, sip your coffee at a café table in a comfortable breakfast nook or at the two stools fronting the breakfast bar.
