The ground-level home is near ocean boardwalk access, has two carports, an under-home entry, a fish table, and a nice outside shower. The first level has a storage area with a handy modest freezer for your catch. Damn Yankee will win you over with a ideally maintained, third-level great room with tall ceilings and a super vacation floor plan. The owner’s attention to detail has the all-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and close by dining area ready for all entertaining assignments.
