The first level has a storage area with a handy modest freezer for your catch. Damn Yankee will win you over with a ideally maintained, third-level great room with tall ceilings and a super vacation floor plan. The owner’s attention to detail has the all-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and close by dining area ready for all entertaining assignments.   • Reserve your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules usually open a year in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends).
