The owner’s attention to detail has the all-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and close by dining area ready for all entertaining assignments. Damn Yankee is a near-ideal vacation pitch on Hatteras Island and is a NON-PET property.

This property features a covered porch and a bags lift that goes to the top floor. It includes a well-equipped kitchen with modern appliances. Located on a peaceful street just one block from the ocean. Eateries, shopping, a fishing pier, and a grocery store are all within walking distance. The beach is just a three-min. walk away, and the property provides beach chairs, bicycles, and water gear, including body boards. Additionally, there is a private electric car charger available.
