The roomy living area features tall cathedral ceilings, ample seating, books, DVDs, CDs, and games to pass the evening hours.

THINGS TO KNOW
Guests have access to the Club Hatteras Pool Facility. Additional details about this facility will be shared in your check-in e-mail and during check-in. The club is typically open Mid-May to Mid-October, depending on the weather.
This home features new appliances (a stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher) as well as a new hot tub for 2023.
You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking which will be sent to your e-mail. You will not be able to check in until we have received your signature electronically. Please contact us directly if you do not receive this agreement.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already supplied in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to family pets. No more dogs are allowed.

About the Area

Located in Avon, this vacation home is on the beach. Studio 12 and Kinnakeet Clay Works are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Uncle Eddy's Frozen Custard and 18-Hole Mini Golf and Buxton Woods Nature Trail. Hatteras Island Boardsports and Avon Fishing Pier are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
