The first floor features a dry entry that leads to 2 downstairs bedrooms that share a full bath. The second floor has 3 bedrooms (1 master) and 2 full baths. Two bedrooms open onto a shaded mid-level oceanside deck. The entry also opens onto a covered front porch. This level has a laundry nook with washer/dryer. The broad top floor great room has vaulted ceilings and sliders that open onto a wide furnished deck that features striking ocean and sound vistas for spectacular sunrises and sunsets. You will appreciate the well-equipped kitchen with enormous breakfast bar, sizable dining area and a convenient powder room. If you like having fun, appreciating life and living it up, you will really find the good life in the handsome LA VIDA LOCA vacation home.
