Follow the sun to Avon's oceanfront 18 unit Islander Condominium site. The condos are located within simple walking distance to the Avon Fishing Pier, many eateries, and Club Hatteras. There is also supermarket access mins. down the street.
All units have 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. The master bedroom suite has a Jacuzzi and direct access to a deck. The combination living, dining, and kitchen areas are well furnished, cavernous and comfortable to provide you the necessities while you appreciate your stay in Avon. All units have furnished covered decks for that great afternoon nap. Community amenities include a private pool and private boardwalk to one of the best beaches in the outer banks. Come to the Island for your vacation.
You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking which will be sent to your e-mail. You will not be able to check in until we have received your signature electronically.

When to book a Hatteras rental & When to go:
- Book your vacation rental as early as possible. Rental schedules usually become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups book their Summer vacation rentals during holiday gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
- June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Avon. To book the best vacation home within your budget, we highly recommend reserving in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons. You'll enjoy lower rates, better selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of giant crowds at Hatteras restaurants, tours, and activities. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to reserve an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during June, July, and August.
- Some owners offer rate reductions for veterans. Ask your host or property manager if rate reductions are available for your family before you book.
- Property managers frequently offer customers an option to add trip insurance protection.
