OCEANVIEW Rodanthe - Hatteras Island Estates (Formerly San Caribe) This shining home won the 2004 Outer Banks Parade of Homes, with bespoke tile floors, hand painted murals, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, walnut floors in the great room and fine detailing throughout. Enter SUNNY SHORES in the first level game room with 9 ft. Mahogany pool table, 2 TVs, wet bar with full size refrigerator, and 42" Plasma TV home theater system. Also on this level is a full bath with bespoke tile and media room with 60" Intelligent TV home theater system with surround sound system and couch bed. Step out to the private deck with hot tub overlooking the shining pool. The mid level offers four bedrooms including a king master bedroom with TV, private balcony with sound view and private bath with whirlpool tub for two. Another king master bedroom offers a TV, and access to the deck overlooking the pool and the sound. A third master bedroom has a queen bed, TV, and private balcony overlooking the sound. The fourth bedroom is the kids room with two pyramid bunk beds and uses the full bathroom located on the first level of the home. The upper level features a classic nautical theme in the great room with comfortable seating, home theater system. Decks on each side offer vistas of the ocean and sound. The kitchen is modren with glass front cabinets and ample dining room for guests with 2 tables and breakfast bar. The powder room is close by as are two more bedrooms, one master with queen bed, TV, private balcony, sound view and whirlpool tub and a king master suite with TV, and full view of the sound and an ocean view balcony.
Dogs are welcome for a fee of $200/dog/week.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the $200 weekly fee will apply for each dog and will be added once your reservation is finalized.

Get the most from your rental home budget:
- Reserve your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules generally become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families book their Summer rental homes during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
- Summer is high season in Rodanthe. Book your rental property in Fall or Spring to enjoy gorgeous weather while saving money and avoiding crowds. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Hatteras vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with loved ones at your favorite beach.
- Owners sometimes offer discounts or promotional rates for active duty military and veterans. Check with your property manager to see if discounts are available for your family before you book.
