Enter SUNNY SHORES in the first level game room with 9 ft. Mahogany pool table, 2 TVs, wet bar with full size refrigerator, and 42" Plasma TV home theater system. Also on this level is a king bedroom, full bath with bespoke tile, and media room with 60" Intelligent TV home theater system with surround sound system and couch bed. Step out to the private deck with hot tub overlooking the shining pool. The mid level offers four bedrooms including a king master bedroom with TV, private balcony with sound view and private bath with whirlpool tub for two. Another king master bedroom offers a TV, and access to the deck overlooking the pool and the sound. A third master bedroom has a queen bed, TV, and private balcony overlooking the sound. The fourth bedroom is the kids room with two pyramid bunk beds and uses the full bathroom located on the first level of the home. The upper level features a classic nautical theme in the great room with comfortable seating, home theater system. Decks on each side offer vistas of the ocean and sound. The kitchen is modren with glass front cabinets and ample dining room for guests with 2 tables and breakfast bar. The powder room is close by as are two more bedrooms, one master with queen bed, TV, private balcony, sound view and whirlpool tub and a king master suite with TV, and full view of the sound and an ocean view balcony.

Located in Rodanthe, this vacation home is near the beach. Chicamacomico Life-Saving Station Historic Site and Museum and Studio 12 are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Rodanthe Pier and Ocean Air Sports. When to go & When to book:

• Reserve your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally open 12 months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups book their Summer rentals during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
• June, July, and August are the most expensive months in the Hatteras area. To find the best value, shift your trip dates to the Spring or Fall months. May, September, and even October offer great weather, less crowded beaches, and greatly reduced traffic.
