Offering the closest ocean access on Cedar Circle, this home is an simple walk from the beach and the supermarket. You'll be on the the west (sound side) of the island, ideal for calming in privacy.
The first living level offers a well-appointed kitchen with a breakfast bar, a dining area, a den, and a screened deck/picnic area. A enormous bedroom and bathroom complete this floor. The second living level offers two bedrooms with a bathroom and a comfortable living room. Admire the view from the furnished sundecks, or savor the amenities, which include high-speed internet, huge flatscreen TVs with DVD players in every room, stereos, a PlayStation 2, and a collection of games and books. We include the standard Hatteras amenities, as well as clean and current furnishings and decor.
