Traditional Hatteras construction, bespoke comfort, and excellent convenience are all part of the Offshore experience! Offering the closest ocean access on Cedar Circle, this home is an painless walk from the beach and the supermarket. You'll be on the the west (sound side) of the island, ideal for calming in privacy.

The first living level offers a well-appointed kitchen with a breakfast bar, a dining area, a den, and a screened deck/picnic area. A huge bedroom and bathroom complete this floor. The second living level offers two bedrooms with a bathroom and a comfortable living room. Admire the view from the furnished sundecks, or savor the amenities, which include high-speed internet, enormous flatscreen TVs with DVD players in every room, stereos, a PlayStation 2, and a collection of games and books. We include the standard Hatteras amenities, as well as clean and current furnishings and decor. Offshore provides plenty of covered parking and lockable storage for your surf rods and windsurfing gear, as well as a location that's convenient to Canadian Hole and the South Avon 4WD ramp. For a well-appointed, welcoming bungalow, appreciate the best of the Outer Banks at Offshore!

Please Note: Guests have access to the Club Hatteras Pool Facility. Additional details around this facility will be shared in your check-in e-mail and during the check-in process. The club is typically open mid-May to mid-October, depending on weather.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to family pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

When to book a Hatteras rental home & When to go:

  • Reserve your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules often become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many families book their Summer rental homes during Winter holiday gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Avon. To get the best value, consider shifting your family's Hatteras trip dates to the Spring or Fall shoulder seasons.
