With a location less than a half-mile from the beach, this striking three-bedroom home is going to make your next summer vacation one for the books! Spread out in the roomy living room and pluck a good read from the private library to appreciate on the comfortable couch. You'll adore watching your favorite movies and shows on the flatscreen TV. The full kitchen is equipped with modest and major appliances and you'll have plenty of counter space to help you get creative. There are eight seats available at the handsome dining table and the kids can savor their afternoon snacks from the two breakfast bar stools. After dinner, let the dishwasher take care of all the cleanup while you adjourn to the furnished screened-in porch with a nice glass of wine and some good company. This home provides three beach chairs for your days of sun and surf, and you can spritz away the sand with the outdoor shower. The private washer and dryer will knock out everybody's laundry during your stay and the central AC and ceiling fan will keep everything cool on those hot summer afternoons. Don't forget to take advantage of the complimentary WiFi to post your best selfies to your social media. There is a dock available for kayaks and shallow draft boats, so you'll never run out of fun things to do while you're here!
