A modern & comfortable completely appointed 2 bed/ 2 bath apartment with living room, full kitchen, and dining area. Ideal for 1 or 2 couples or a couple of friends who want a comfortable yet modern and extravagant place to appreciate their time on one of America's best beaches!
Located in the heart of the action in Avon. Walk to the beach in 2 mins. for Sun, Surf, and Relaxation. Or spend some time trying your luck at catching some fish from the Avon Fishing Pier* - also located directly across the street from The Green Room. Additionally, guests can take advantage of the discounts on Surfing Lessons and Rental Surfboards, Paddleboards, Bodyboards, Skimboards, Kayaks, and Wetsuits offered by Hatteras Island's finest surf shop - Hatteras Island Boardsports.
The Green Room rental apartment unit is outfitted with king size beds in both bedrooms, flat screen TVs in both bedrooms as well as the living area, blu-ray player in the living area, stainless steel appliances, stone counter tops, and laminate wood floor. The kitchen is supplied with cookware, plates & silverware, glasses & wine glasses, toaster, blender, coffee maker, Full size refrigerator with water and ice in the door, dishwasher, stove, oven and microwave.
The comfortable living area has a 50" flat screen HDTV with Blu-Ray player, and iPod/iPhone docking stereo system. If you need a little additional sleeping area than the 2 King size beds the living room couch folds out to a queen size bed.
The bathrooms are equipped with linens for 4 people (additional linens are available for an additional charge) and hairdryers.
The bedrooms each have opulent king size beds, full size dressers, closets with hangers, and 32" flat screen T.V.s.
Modern HE (High Efficiency) clothes washer and dryer are supplied in the apartment so there's no need to go home with dirty laundry or run out of clean laundry during your stay.
Unlike most units on Hatteras Island, The Green Room does not require a full week rental.
The Green Room is also ideal if you are attending a wedding at Klub Koru across the street. Staying with a enormous group of friends or family for the week in a big home and want to come early or stay on the island longer and need a more intimate setting? A few additional days on either end of those types of units in The Green Room is a great opportunity to extend your stay.
Policies:
PRICES: All listed prices are based on a max. 4 person occupancy, with a minimum 3 nighttime stay. Up to 2 additional guests are allowed, for a total of 6 occupants, however, for each additional guest there is a $5 per nighttime/per additional guest fee.
DEPOSIT: A deposit of 50% of the net room rate is required. The full balance of the rental rate is due 60 days prior to the reservation check-in date.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Deposits are entirely returnable up to 60 days before the start of your reservation. Payment is due in full at 60 days prior to the reservation date. A 50% refund of the full rental payment is available for cancellations made 59 -30 days prior to the start of your reservation. Within 30 days guests are responsible for the full cost of the reservation, no refunds will be given. Within 30 days of your reservation, booked dates cannot be transferred to later dates. There are NO weather related refunds, except for the case of a mandatory evacuation. Only dates covered in an evacuation order will be refunded. Within 30 days, as long as there is no evacuation order from Dare County, guests are responsible for payment of their booked dates - NO EXCEPTIONS. While we understand that emergencies happen, the reason for cancellation does not change our cancellation or refund policy.
WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND TRAVEL INSURANCE so that you are protected from any unexpected circumstances that may keep you from being able to keep your reservation. Please look online for the best travel insurance for you. While we understand that emergencies happen, the reason for cancellation does not change our cancellation or refund policy. Travel insurance will help reimburse you for your costs if you are not able to keep your reservation and your cancellation does not qualify for a refund under our cancellation policy. AGE REQUIREMENTS: Guests of all ages are welcome at The Green Room, however the person making the reservation must be a minimum age of 25 years old. This person must be the one to make the reservation, sign the paperwork at check in, and he/she must be staying at The Green Room for the duration of the rental period.
ADDITIONAL POLICIES: The Green Room is a smoke-complimentary and pet-complimentary property. Guests that do not adhere to these rules will be evicted immediately with no refund, and any damages will be charged to the credit card on file.
* Access to the Avon Fishing Pier is not supplied with the property rental. Check with the Avon Fishing Pier to see hourly/daily access rates.
