Relaxed beach living at its best! Bring the whole family to savor this 4 bedroom and 2.5 bath home in Salvo. The bright, open floor concept and huge private yard make this home ideal for your next family vacation destination! A short 6 min. walk to the beach access makes this home ideal for sun-seekers of all ages.
The space
The top level is ideal for family time with its open concept layout. The living room features a brand new 65 inch Intelligent TV, an impressive DVD library and plenty of options for family game nighttime. Off the living room is access to an ocean side deck. The full kitchen comes completely outfitted making family dinners a breeze. There’s plenty of seating space with an 8 person dining table and an additional 4 seats at the bar. A high chair is stored in the master bedroom closet. The deck access off the dining room takes you to a covered, outdoor dining table for 6 with additional captain chairs to appreciate water vistas and gorgeous sunsets. Grille masters can take advantage of the new gas grille supplied. A half bath for convenience is located on this level.
The bottom level includes 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, laundry area, and plenty of storage. The King Master features a private full bath, double closet, a 50 inch Intelligent TV, and private balcony with seating for two. Bedroom 2 features a queen bed with full closet and a 32 inch Intelligent TV. Bedroom 3 has 2 twin beds and closet for storage and a 32 inch Intelligent TV. Bedroom 4 has a bunk set (2 twin) and a 32 inch Intelligent TV. An additional full bathroom with storage space is on this level.
The property features an outdoor shower, enormous private yard and parking for 4 cars. The upsized shed stores beach chairs, umbrella, canopy, 2 kayaks and 8 bicycles for your use, with plenty of additional storage space for any beach for fishing equipment that you bring.
