SALTY PIECE OF LAND, a four-bedroom/five-full and one-half bath home offers the ideal family getaway or a friend-group’s hideaway — a place just a short walk from the beach that will inspire renewed connections and instant memories with parrot head perfection.

Upon arrival, unload the car into the convenient cargo lift that enables you to effortlessly transport your suitcases and groceries. Make your way to the first level game room, fix a cold drink at the wet bar, turn on the Intelligent TV and see who rules the foosball and pool tables. Also on this level is a full bath and six-person hot tub located on the adjacent deck.

All of the home’s bedrooms are masters featuring private baths and Intelligent TVs. Three of them — two kings and a room with two bunkbeds — are located on the second level, along with laundry facilities. The final bedroom, a king, is located on the third level just off the great room. Here you’ll find a haven of open, whimsical living. The great room, dining area, and kitchen flow seamlessly, inviting everybody to relax, recharge and share stories. Gather around the long kitchen counter with three stools to keep the chef company or spread out around the 10-seat dining table for memorable meals shared together. After dinner, comfortable up on the couches with a good book or movie on the Intelligent TV.
