OCEANVIEW Avon - Wahoo Circle - Spectacular MIRAMAR, and just two tons from the ocean, is where vacation dreams come true. Located on a peaceful cul-de-sac, MIRAMAR offers ocean vistas and access nearly as good as oceanfront. The first level features a fish cleaning station, dry entry, laundry area, half bath, and den/game room with foosball and TV. The second level has three generous-sized bedrooms, one bath and two shaded decks - one with a 6-person hot tub. The top level features the great room with cathedral ceiling, striking ocean vistas, and full bath. The comfortable living area opens to a wide oceanfront deck with handsome ocean vistas. The kitchen with breakfast bar and adjacent dining area will delight the chef in your group. The fourth bedroom offers access to the full bath and private balcony. Tastefully decorated, MIRAMAR is sure to please even the most discriminating beachgoers.
