Exhale is Located close to the Hatteras Ferry, Teach's Lair Marina and at the southern end of Hatteras Village and with a short walk to the beach you will find this comfortable and equipped bungalow, Exhale will be a great vacation destination. All guests need to bring linens, towels, and paper products. Exhale is decorated and furnished to the owners taste. Coffee Maker, Microwave, Toaster, Pots/Pans, Dishes, Cutlery, Silverware, Glasses, Mattress Pads, Pillows and Blankets/Comforter are supplied. Reservation Fees, Partial Stay Fees, Pet Fees, Tax and Insurance Apply.
In case of cancellation or change in any reservation, no refund will be made by Dolphin Realty or the owners we represent unless the unit is re-rented and confirmed by the newer reservation for the cancelled period. All cancellations and changes are subject to a $50.00 charge, reservation fee; Trip Cancellation and Travel Insurance premium, Property Protection and Credit Card Processing Fee if applicable. Please notify our office of any changes as soon as possible. No refunds will be issued due to lack of fish or inclement weather. The offered Trip Cancellation and Travel Insurance covers many unforeseen and emergency situations.

About the Area

Located in Hatteras, this cottage is by the sea. Graveyard of the Atlantic Museum and Frisco Native American Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Frisco Mini Golf and Go Karts and Buxton Seafood. Uncle Eddy's Frozen Custard and 18-Hole Mini Golf and Ocracoke Pony Pens are also worth visiting. When to reserve a Hatteras rental home & When to go:

• In the Hatteras area, The earlier you can book a rental home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable vacation rentals are booked early. Reserving your vacation rental up to 12 months before your travel dates is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to search for and book your vacation rental.
• June, July, and August are the most expensive months along the coast of NC. To get the most suitable vacation home within your budget, we recommend reserving in the Fall or Spring. You'll enjoy lower rates, better selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of large crowds at Hatteras restaurants, beaches, and activities.
• Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager if your group qualifies for a reduced rate.
• Property management companies usually offer customers an option to obtain vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which generally will cost you between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for days missed as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or extra gas expenses. • Please make sure to walk through the rental one final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We recommend walking through with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager is not available, ensure that you take photographs of the rental to record its condition.
