Exhale is Located close to the Hatteras Ferry, Teach's Lair Marina and at the southern end of Hatteras Village and with a short walk to the beach you will find this comfortable and equipped bungalow, Exhale will be a great vacation destination. All guests need to bring linens, towels, and paper products. Exhale is decorated and furnished to the owners taste. Coffee Maker, Microwave, Toaster, Pots/Pans, Dishes, Cutlery, Silverware, Glasses, Mattress Pads, Pillows and Blankets/Comforter are included. Reservation Fees, Partial Stay Fees, Pet Fees, Tax and Insurance Apply.
In case of cancellation or change in any reservation, no refund will be made by Dolphin Realty or the owners we represent unless the unit is re-rented and confirmed by the newer reservation for the cancelled period. All cancellations and changes are subject to a $50.00 charge, reservation fee; Trip Cancellation and Travel Insurance premium, Property Protection and Credit Card Processing Fee if applicable. Please notify our office of any changes as soon as possible. No refunds will be issued due to lack of fish or inclement weather. The offered Trip Cancellation and Travel Insurance covers many unforeseen and emergency situations.

About the Area

Located in Hatteras, this cottage is by the sea. Graveyard of the Atlantic Museum and Frisco Native American Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Frisco Mini Golf and Go Karts and Buxton Seafood. Uncle Eddy's Frozen Custard and 18-Hole Mini Golf and Ocracoke Pony Pens are also worth visiting. Discover the area's water adventures with parasailing, surfing/body boarding, and fishing nearby, or enjoy the great outdoors with horse riding.

When to reserve a Hatteras rental & When to go:

  • Summer is the most expensive season in coastal NC. Booking your vacation home in the Fall or Spring is one of our best tips for saving money on your rental home. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of desirable homes.
  • In the Hatteras area, The earlier you can book, the better your selection will be. The best rental homes are reserved early. Booking your rental six to twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to plan and book your rental property.
  • Owners sometimes offer special rates for veterans. Remember to ask your property manager if special discounts are available for your family.
  • Booking websites often offer customers an option to purchase trip insurance protection.   • Lock your rental property while you're gone! Don't let burglars ruin your holiday.
  • On check-out day, take a final walk-through to confirm you have not leave anything behind. Make sure to check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Inspect the property a final time and scan for any damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager isn't available, remember to take photographs of the property to record its condition.
  • Did you have a great stay? Many rental managers make it easy for customers to provide comments. If your property and/or host was great, they will likely appreciate your kind words. If anything was imperfect and they failed to correct it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make a note as part of your feedback.
