Welcome to Zensation At Tarheel Shores By KEES Vacations!

This pristine home offers 14 bedrooms, and 14-and-two half-baths. Located in the heart of Salvo, this opulent home is within walking distance of the beach.

Outside the home, relax by the heated private swimming pool by day and the hot tub in the evening. Pull out the gas grille and grab a cold one while you whip up some lunch to appreciate the picnic area. As the sun sets, hang with the crew at the Tiki Bar to reminisce about your day! When the day comes to an end, rinse off in the outdoor shower and step inside for an epic nighttime of games!

As you step inside, get a glimpse of the impeccable style. Notice the plethora of activities on this second level for entertaining the entire crew. Head into the theater and immerse yourself in your favorite movie on the big screen. Across the hall, savor a friendly game of billiards and savor the amenities of the wet bar. Find a comfortable seating area for mingling just outside the rec room. Each of the four En Suites on this level offers a unique design. The first suite is furnished with a Pyramid Bunk set (a twin bed over a full bed). The final three En Suites on this level offer King beds, each with access to a deck. A half bath is in the hall as an added conveniences!

Ascend to the third level by either elevator or staircase. Locate seven En Suites as you enter the entryway. Six of these are King En Suites, three of which offer access to a deck. The final En Suite on this level is furnished with a cozy Pyramid Bunk Bed.

Head up to the third level to find an open concept living space. The handsome kitchen includes a butler's pantry and a massive island bar with seating for eight. While dinner is being prepared in the kitchen, relax in the lounge, and enjoy a drink from the wet bar. Indulge in a scrumptious feast in the dining room with additional seating. When the nighttime is through, watch your favorite show on the TV in the great room. Step out onto the west-side deck at sunset to witness handsome vistas of the Pamlico Sound. Located on this level are the final three King En Suites. Each En Suite offers deck access and a flat-screen TV.

Take a two-min. drive to Hatteras Watersports and try a windsurfing lesson. Half a mile from the home is Duck Village Outfitters. Rent a surfboard or schedule a lesson and spend your days in the water. Back at home, bask in the sunshine by your private heated swimming pool. In the evenings, relax at the Tiki Bar with the family. Host your wedding or special occasion with the ample amount of space this home provides. Don't leave your furry friends behind! Zensation is pet-friendly, so there is no need to leave your pooch at home! You can bring up to two dogs to our pet-friendly property. No cats or other animals, dogs only. The pet fee of $135 is waived for this property. Family Animals stay complimentary!

Want added comfort? Consider adding the Heated Pool option! A Heated Pool option can be added upon request for $50 per nighttime of your reservation. This fee is added to your reservation at the time of the request, which must be a minimum of 72 hours before arrival. Pool heat must be added for the entirety of your stay.

This pool is heated by a heat pump. An ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.**

**Private heated pools will open on April 1st and close on November 1st. Hot tubs are open year-round. Pools and hot tubs are cleaned weekly and no later than 6pm on check-in day. Vendors are subject to enter the backyard to clean the pool and/or spa on scheduled cleaning days. No family pets allowed in pools.**

**Special events are welcome at this home! For an additional fee plus tax, you and your event can host a special event. All events require approval via Event Addendum.
