OCEANSIDE Salvo- Colony Drive - Let your SOULSHINE this year at this impressive home in peaceful Salvo village, with convenient beach access just a few mins.' walk from the home. Park in the deep, shaded carport and unpack your body boards and hot dogs, you've arrived at the beach! Modern appointments adorn this traditional Hatteras bungalow, including wood floors in the great room, stainless steel appliances and granite kitchen countertops. There are three bedrooms from which to choose, including a queen master bedroom with private bathroom, and two more bedrooms (queen, pyramid bunk) that share a hall bath. A covered porch is home to the bubbly hot tub, the ideal evening destination for beach weary bodies. The kitchen comes complete with all you need to prepare the week's meals and comfortable furnishings surround the sizable flat screen TV in the great room. Make plans to sit in the sunshine this year at SOULSHINE.

Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-returnable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home with a coverage limit of $3,000. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
