There are two bedrooms on this level, one queen master suite, with private bath and a bunk room (double bed over double bed) that uses the bath shared with the game room. The mid-level is home to three more bedrooms, a king master suite and two queen bedrooms that share a full hall bathroom. All bedrooms on this level have access to the deck with sound vistas and relaxing hot tub. All bedrooms in the home come equipped with a 32" TV. The top-level features one more king master suite and the enormous great room surrounded by windows and heightened by vaulted ceilings. A sizable flat screen TV is available to the group and doors lead out onto the top deck with splendid vistas of the Pamlico Sound and some of the best sunsets in Salvo. The dining area is located next to the well-appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances, double oven, and breakfast bar for additional seating. A few steps up is a comfortable crow's nest with a home office equipped with a desk and monitor. The home is located on the closest lot to the beach in the Wind Over Waves neighborhood and has community amenities that make it the ideal location for soundside windsports and fun with a boat ramp and pier into the sound just a short walk from the home. New furnishings in the great room plus a freshly refreshed constructed-in entertainment center with a wine and drink cooler! Home will no longer have a basketball hoop or volleyball net. New for 2022: All new floor in bedrooms and throughout second floor. Replaced all carpet on stairs with wood treads and new wainscot risers. Crow’s nest is now a home office. New Polywood outdoor pool furnishings, new beds, new living room furnishings and refreshed décor.
