On the first level, you'll find two bedrooms with TV/DVD, one with two sets of bunk beds and one with two singles and a semi-private full bath. The game room features a pool table, 42” TV/DVD and wet bar with full size refrigerator and a microwave for popcorn. Step outside the game room to the oceanfront deck with the six person hot tub and down to the swimming pool, convenient beach access, and two outside showers. The mid level features a alluring den and three master bedrooms (king, king, queen), each with TV/DVD (one is 42”). Two of the bedrooms and the den open to an oceanfront deck. A 55” TV/DVD home theater system with surround sound and games for modest kids make the den a favorite spot for kids of all ages. The top level, with its open, roomy, and extremely well-equipped kitchen is sure to please any serious prepare. The huge granite top table in the oceanfront dining area will make all meals memorable. Windows on four sides in the great room offer memorable vistas of sunrises over the ocean and charming sunsets. The 55” TV/DVD and broad book and movie library will help bring the family together. The great room and top level queen master bedroom (with TV/DVD) open to the oceanfront deck overlooking the ocean and the swimming pool below. Sitting in the comfortable deck chairs and appreciating the impressive long range ocean vistas up and down the beach with sand, water, and sky for as far as the eye can see, is an experience to be forever treasured.
