OCEANFRONT Avon-Askins Creek - One glimpse of the vistas at this vacation mainship and you'll be glad you went TOPSIDE. The ground level has a double concrete carport. The first level has four bedrooms and two baths. A master king with ensuite bath featuring access to the oceanfront covered deck. Two queen bedrooms and a room with two bunkbeds share a hallway bath. The second level features an open great room with amazing ocean to sound vistas, convenient half bath and sundeck. This home is just one lot from six miles of completely undeveloped National Park land. So if privacy and comfort are what you're looking for this vacation, we suggest you go TOPSIDE!
