Hatteras Island Estates is the area's premier planned vacation community, boasting professional Caribbean landscaping and access to the pier and beach! This beautiful, narrow strip of island affords panoramic sound to ocean views, watersports, and world-renowned fishing. It's a short walk to the beach and the Rodanthe Pier. Equipped to the hilt, you'll have everything needed to build life-long vacation memories, including a large fenced-in yard for children and/or pets (dogs only please), a large sport court with 2 basketball goals, paddle tennis, volleyball, a 450 square feet putting green, and play area for the tots. The owners have added Pickleball for even more fun!

Private 28x11 pool with optional heat ($400) is available from the second week of April through the third week of October.
