Perched on one acre along the shore of Silversands Lake, this 8,000-square-foot home offers 12 primary bedrooms and 15 bathrooms with nine-foot ceilings throughout. Eleven bedrooms offer deck access, and three feature Jacuzzi tubs-making this extraordinary vacation home an ideal hideaway for extended families and close-knit friend groups.

From sunrise over the ocean to when the sun disappears into Pamlico Sound, this property energizes, entertains, and eases you into vacation mode. Savor a friendly game of hoops and a competitive Ping-Pong match. Lazy afternoons can be spent in the enclosed private pool area with stereo surround sound and chaise lounge chairs that surround a bespoke 17-foot x 33-foot saltwater pool, along with a patio. Rejuvenate sore muscles in two six-person hot tubs before mixing beverages at the 10 x 16 ft bespoke tropical bar, complete with a wet bar and refrigerator. Fire up lunch on the grille and dine alfresco at the patio table. Two outdoor showers add convenience, and a cabana half-bath is located on the ground level.

Ride the all-level access elevator to the first floor and discover a game room with a pool table, TV, and a kitchenette with a refrigerator, sink, and stove/oven. You’ll also find five bedrooms with intelligent TVs.

The second floor reveals an exercise room and theater room. Wake up with a morning workout in the exercise room, complete with a treadmill, bicycle, and weight bench (weights not included). The sizable theater room delivers a superb cinema experience with a 100-inch screen, stadium seating with 14 plush recliners, stereo surround sound, a wet bar, and a microwave to keep that popcorn popping.

The top-floor great room offers the quintessential indoor hideaway with ample seating and floor-to-sky-high-ceiling windows that remind you of the majesty of the sound front surroundings. The kitchen is a prepare’s dream with double wall ovens, an ice maker, two side-by-side stainless steel fridges with ice cube makers, a wine cooler, two dishwashers, two fridges, and granite countertop seating. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already supplied in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to family pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 60 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.
