Inside Floyd's Retreat, you'll discover warm wood finishes, dog-friendly amenities, and modern appliances. The comfortable living room displays ample seating and a large smart TV. Steps from here, the full kitchen is sure to delight any chef with its granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and center island. When it's time to eat, dining is made just as easy at the formal dining table. Decorated for comfort and style, the four bedrooms are adorned with soft linens, nautical decorations, TVs, and central air-conditioning. A private washer/dryer and internet access round out the stellar list of interior amenities. As evening begins to fall and the stars fill the night sky, head for the upper deck where the views you gaze upon will stay with you for a lifetime. The pool is typically open Memorial Day through Labor Day - weather permitting and subject to close without notice.This property is managed by Vacasa North Carolina LLC.1 dog, weighing 80 lbs or less, welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours.
