Ample gravel parking in the front of the home means you can invite over family, or use it to park up to two 28’ boats. Take in the salty breeze under the home. Picture your family at play or calming in the charmingly landscaped private saltwater pool area complete with pool loungers, ideal for soaking up sunshine. A cabana half bath and an outdoor shower are also under the home for your convenience and a fish cleaning table with lights and water access. Cook up a meal at the park charcoal grille and take it up to the stairs to the picnic table in the sun. All paths up to the home have motion sensor lighting.
Enter the screened-in porch to get into the home. With furnishings on the porch, this spot is great for an elevated view of this neighborhood.
