The laundry room is located on the bedroom level which means no running up or down stairs for fresh towels. There are ceiling fans throughout the home, including one in each bedroom. The top level of the home features the great room, kitchen and the fourth bedroom, also with a king bed. The bright, well-appointed kitchen provides ample amenities for creating great meals and appreciating them together at the sizable dining table. The open living and dining area offers a comfortable gathering place for the family to sit and savor a movie or casual conversation. The living area TV and DVD are accompanied by a number of books, DVDs and games. Step outside onto the top deck and you will also enjoy the ocean and sunset vistas and a dip in the huge, 6 person hot tub.
