OCEANVIEW Waves- Sea Vista Dr. (Formerly SAND DRIFTER) The fictional KOKOMO revealed a tropical heaven in quintessential Beach Boys fashion: as a calming place to get away from it all. A third king master bedroom with a hottub bath and Intelligent TV is on the second floor. It opens onto the great room, a roomy gathering place accented by vaulted ceilings and walls of windows where the rising sun streams through in the morning. The very roomy, well-equipped kitchen conveniently accommodates multiple cooks to whip up beach-favorite meals that can be appreciated at the eat-at counter or around the eight-seat dining table offering a lakefront view. A sizable Intelligent TV anchors the living space, but the place you may find yourself docking the most is in the upper-level tower room or outside on the wrap-around deck where the vistas in any direction never disappoint. Nothing, in fact, disappoints at KOKOMO unless you miss the weeks you want by not booking it today. (Fireplace seen in photos is not available for guest use.)

New for 2024: New bespoke bedroom furnishings throughout the home including bed frames, tables, and dressers. The bed configuration will be changing to three king masters, two queen bedrooms, and a master bedroom with two pyramid bunk beds. All TVs are now mounted Intelligent TVs with Renternet services. New kitchenware, new kitchen upgrades, and new appliances including an Instapot, slow cooker, and air fryer. New home décor throughout elevating the space. Two new arcade games, new board games, and new puzzles. New lighting around the pool area and hot tub. New for 2022: New washer and dryer. 6 new Intelligent TVs in all of the bedrooms.
