Servicing all three floors, an elevator can assist in climbing this 3,603-square-foot home, along with the additional 1,686 square feet of deck space ideal for viewing the water!

Surface to the top of this home and discover a 25-foot replica of the historic Jackie Fay, a Hatteras-constructed fishing boat, all while calming in the main living room below.

Feel the vibrancy of aquatic gems with the bespoke stain glass installations, jewel-toned accent walls, and nautical wall decor. The stainless-steel appliances, gas stove, and island prep station are ideal for any master chef to experience the luxury of coastal cooking. Directly outside, on the covered deck, is seating for the dreamiest outdoor dining experience, which can be served straight from kitchen to table, all while the breathtaking coastline performs in the background.

Diving down to the mid-level of this home is the main sleeping quarters and recreation room with a pool table.
