When to go & When to book:
- Book your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules often open twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many groups book their Summer rentals during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
- June, July, and August are the most expensive months in coastal NC. To get the best value, consider shifting your group's vacation to the Spring or Fall shoulder seasons. Some things to know before you go:

- Ensure you protect the rental owner (and your things!) by locking the rental while you are gone, just like you would at home.
