Welcome to "Aqua Seafoam" our comfortable 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom condo. Recently refreshed and located on Spencer Creek and Pamlico sound with water vistas! Conveniently located with only one flight of stairs. Savor painless access to the sound, beach, and pool.

There is a TV in both bedrooms along with games, cable, and wifi. The kitchen is completely outfitted with dishes, glasses, and modest appliances.

With access to the sound you can rent or bring your own kayak. The pier on Spencer Creek is the ideal spot for fishing. You will have access to the private pool for swimming and calming. Located on the ground floor is a storage closet you can use to hold bicycles, beach chairs, umbrellas, and surfboards. There are beach rental stores for all your beach accessory needs. Outdoor showers are located next to the pool. There is a coin operated laundry room onsite. For grocery shopping there is Food Lion. And walking distance to coffee stores, ice cream stores, and Kitty Hawk Kites.

The condo is serviced by Hatteras Helping Hands with linens and bath towels will be included. Please bring your own beach and pool towels.

About the Area

Located in Avon, this condo is on the waterfront. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Outer Banks Beaches and Cape Hatteras National Seashore. Ocean Air Sports and Hatteras Island Boardsports are also worth visiting.
