Welcome to Breezy Livin at Villas of Hatteras Landing by KEES Vacations!
Rarely do getaways have a smaller hideaway constructed into them, but that's exactly what you will find in Hatteras. While the Outer Banks is a place overflowing with culture and history, this village - located after driving down the sometimes pencil-thin straights of Highway 12 - is at the very bottom of Hatteras Island, itself one of the south barrier islands of the OBX. This community is one of fisherman, of sea-frosted homes and independent methods for living life to the fullest, and, firmly located at the end of this community, resides the Villas of Hatteras Landing.
With a king bed and queen-sized sleeper couch, this comfortable little one-bedroom condo can accommodate up to four guests with ease. Throughout the interior, photos of sea-life have been hung to remind visitors of the nautical history that is prolific throughout the OBX and particularly prevalent in Hatteras. Flat screen TVs adorn both the living room and bedroom to allow for comfortable relaxation after a great day at the beach! Your guests especially appreciate the sound view from the balcony to relax.
The kitchen has also been outfitted to give the impression of a home-away-from-home. Dishes, cookware and silverware are supplied that will be enough to please the chef of any family. Happen to save some leftovers from one of the waterside grilles or delis in Hatteras? Store the meal in the refrigerator and then heat it up in the microwave or mini-oven.
Eateries are far from the only magnificent attractions found in Hatteras, however; this area never has a lack of activities to take part in! Want to learn more about its history and culture? Visit the towering Hatteras Lighthouse, or perhaps the local maritime museum which focuses on shipwrecks and the history of these storied shores. Want to get up-close and personal with the water? Take advantage of the Hatteras recreational diving scene!
There is so much more to experience around these cozy villas. Come see for yourself why Hatteras and the Outer Banks as a whole has achieved such a striking reputation among beach-goers and visitors alike. We hope to see you soon!
Appreciate the personal touch of an on-site office staffed by friendly locals who can answer your questions about services and local points of interest.
This property has 2 parking spots for guests.
**Private outdoor community pools and/or waterpark play areas are available, weather permitting, beginning on Memorial Day and close after Labor Day. Please know that pool operating dates are subject to change at any point, for any reason.**

Tips to get the perfect vacation property experience:
How to get the best value:
- Book your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups book their Summer rental homes during Winter holiday get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
- June, July, and August are high season in Hatteras. Booking in the Spring or Fall is a good way to save money on your rental home. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of acceptable homes. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to reserve a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer.
- Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner whether your family qualifies for a price reduction.
- Property management companies often offer renters an option to buy trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which will generally cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for days missed as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or extra gas expenses. Trip insurance might be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your host for specifics.
- Find a copy of your local visitors guide upon arrival. If your rental property doesn't have a copy, you can find them at local grocery stores and visitor centers. In addition to great information, travel guides contain discounts for nearby tours and attractions.
How to pick the best vacation rental:
- Start by having your family agree to dates and a max budget.
- Decide how many bedrooms and the configuration your group needs. Breezy Livin' - 1 Bedroom Near Beach with Pool Access! has 1 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms.
- Precise information regarding bedrooms and bed counts & types is generally available on booking pages. Otherwise, email or call the property owner before booking your rental. Note that most properties list the maximum guest capacity, which oftentimes includes pull-out couches. You will need to work out what configuration is optimal for your family.
- If your group is traveling with pets, you'll need to find a rental that allows animals. Make sure to ask for details on breed, weight, and type requirements. Often, property owners charge pet deposits and fees.
- Visiting for a specific event? Use a map search to locate nearby rentals.
- Appropriate accessibility can make or break a vacation for guests with disabilities. Remember to confirm all necessary amenities are included before reserving a rental
More considerations:
- Review check in & check out procedures before leaving home. Save the directions to your phone, and take a printed backup.
- Ask questions. You may need instructions for a garage door opener, elevator or kitchen appliance. Contact your host. They are there to help! A brief text message can prevent many issues.
- Lock your rental while you're out and about. Protect the owner's property and your things!
- To make certain damages aren't attributed to your family's visit, inspect the rental for any problem areas when you arrive. Call the rental manager immediately to relay any issues. If there is a dispute, having the recorded concerns and contact attempts will be useful.
- Respect the neighborhood. Frequently, surrounding homes are filled by local residents. Respecting quiet hours and parking policies reduces conflict and allows everyone to enjoy their day.
- Don't forget to... Ask a local! Locals can typically point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to rent beach equipment, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fine dining?
- Don't leave anything behind! Before you drive away, walk through the rental property to reconfirm you've collected all of your things. Make sure to check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
- Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
- Leave feedback! Hosts rely on excellent feedback to propel future reservations. They'll be much obliged for your review. Alternatively, if something went wrong, other vacationing families will appreciate that you share your experience and help them have the best future vacation. Please be fair with your feedback If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the owner could control the issue, and if so, whether they responded quickly to remedy it.
